About Bilal Education

A registered charity serving London's Swahili-speaking Muslim community since 2010.

Who We Are

Bilal Education is a registered charity organisation (Charity Number 1138797) established to serve London's local Swahili-speaking communities. We are dedicated to providing resources, education, and spiritual support to help our community thrive.

Named after Bilal ibn Rabah — one of the most trusted companions of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the first mu'adhdhin of Islam — our organisation embodies his spirit of dedication, equality, and service.

We engage our community through regular weekly programmes, lectures, educational resources in both English and Swahili, and a range of seasonal events throughout the Islamic calendar.
